Lew came to my house today and repaired my refrigerator. He was friendly and interactive which I appreciated. As the repair technician I can highly recommend Lew and will give him a five star review. However, in reviewing the service from his company, I shall give the company service a review of ZERO. 3 weeks and 3 days is way too long to wait for the repair of a refrigerator in June/July in Idaho. I do not recommend the service from this company at all. Thank you.
