He fixed the refrigerator quickly, and now I can get back to normal. I'll always call you for repairs in the future. Tony was professional, and he explained the problem to me.

Good experience; timely, tidy, and friendly. Appreciate that the appliance was fixed and didn't need a return visit. Completely unrelated to Ruben My appointment from last week was canceled by AI without telling me. Fix this issue that you cannot speak to a person. The chat kept telling me I wasn't scheduled but I knew I had a date and time. I had received emails that I was scheduled…then I tried to check and found out I had no appointment. I was not happy to be without a freezer. This will make me reconsider my maintenance plan in the future.

Damien greeted us and got to work right away. Within 5 minutes he found the issues and determined that the fridge had to be replaced. He suggested specific brands and stores to avoid and as well as gave personal recommendations. I could tell he was very experienced and knowledgeable.
