John was professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed that a power outage reset the setting on our convertible freezer/refrigerator/chiller section of our GE Cafe quad door refrigerator which caused everything to thaw. He also told us that if changing the settings didn't correct the problem, it might need a new control panel and gave us a quote for that. We were very happy with our experience.
