Experienced flashing internal lights. Service tech diagnosed problem and ordered parts. After parts were delivered, service tech returned to install new parts. Problem was resolved and refrigerator is back to normal.

Bruce knew exactly what to do to get the panel on my refrigerator back in operation and he waited for a while to make sure the panel was reset. He is courteous as well as knowledgeable. If I ever need appliance help again, I will definitely ask for him.
