Brian was on time, communicated the issue and replaced the ice tray quick. The AI aspect of communicating with Sears is absolutely awful. I could never reach a live person.

My technician Terrence was very professional, explained what the problem was and gave me a quote. He repaired my ice maker and advised it would take up to an hour for the to start. And if I had any questions or concerns just let Sears know. He offered me a home warranty at a reasonable rate.
