Tim Hamilton was extremely forthcoming in his explanation of our concerns. Unfortunately Sears drops that ball when comes to warranty-informed must go directly thru LG to resolve and have them cover huge amount to repair our LG frig. who needs frig every day anyway?!!!

Excellant service repair man! However, scheduling was just awful! I really don't know if it is worth paying a monthly fee when I had 2 appointments cancelled and finally got a service repairman on the 3 attempt, which was 4 months later!
