Sears Home Service was frustrating to deal with as this took 3 months to get done & I had to coordinate everything other than Francis ordering the part. You need customer service support that takes the work off of the customer.

Unfortunately, this was the worst experience with the administration side of the service. Our repair took over to get a part and our technician repair appointment was rescheduled 11 times for 6 weeks. One of the most frustrating experience we have ever had. If the technicians were not so good we would most definitely cancel our policy.
