Easy came in first thing he did was check out the refrigerator make sure temperature was good in side of Refrigerator and then the ice maker all was good. Installed the new Ice maker he then check it out then filled it up with water. Ask me if I had any questions. I ask him how long will it be before it starts making Ice he said about- 1 to 1 1/2 hours. In 1 hour it dropped a new load of ice. He was very nice guy.

Rich was amazing. He kept me updated about his time of arrival and knew immediately what was wrong. Didn't mess around or try to waste time to charge me more for being here extra time. He knew what he was talking about the whole way around.

We had Marshall and Don come. It was a 2 man job to replace a freezer door. These two gentlemen are top notch. They explain everything technically and in layman's terms. They listened to my questions and info I had learned then Answered. They diagnose not simply "guess" based on a symptom or problem We had. These two are professional, thorough, efficient and leave no mess behind when finished. Hands down the best we have ever had come out and work on our refrigerator.
