Blake worked quickly and quietly and has my refrigerator fixed as far as I can tell. He said give it 24 hours and let Frigidaire know if it still will not make ice.

David did a great job determining the problem and correcting it once he had the part. The five appointment cancelations by The AI assistant prior to David's arrival were infuriating however. We have used these home repair contracts for decades, but I cannot see us signing up for another.

Technician was very good. The AI assistant does not work reliably. I wanted to talk with a live person, but couldn't. Using the AI assistant was challenging and took several tries over a month to get someone here.

I have an old Maytag refrigerator that is getting a bit quirky in its cooling efforts and had to have its circuit board replaced a couple years ago. Turned out this time I wasn't having the same issue but Michael took the time to look things over and show me what to look and check in the future. Also took a moment to see if my circuit board is still available (given age of my refer) in the event cooling problem presents again.
