Part ordered by technician was never communicated to customer or technician That it was NO LONGER AVAILABLE. Fortunately the motor worked to make refrigerator run again without the board. Parts department needs to improve on communication to technician and customer!!

Bobby was very knowledgeable and helpful. Although our Refrigerator was a total loss, which we expected, he gave us several options if we chose to try and repair it. Gave us great advice on what to look for in our replacement refrigerator. Would gladly have him come back in the future if we had another issue.

Edward is phenomenal! He didn't just identify the problem, or just how to fix it, but determined how to adjust other parts of the fridge to ensure this problem was less likely to happen again. He was kind and professional, and very efficient. I'd love for Edward to be assigned to future jobs for us!
