He was so friendly! Knowledgeable and kind!! Worked efficiently amd fixes my problem! The only thing that could help your company is a phone number that actually has a real person answering it. I called 17 different numbers that had sears attached to it and got the same recording! Annoying!! Your company with loose business because of this!!
