Ice maker
We had a problem with our ice maker. Sears put in a new one but it was defective so they came out and put in a new one so far everything seems to be okay, for now.

He was very nice. However, he had to make two trips to establish that the sensor panel is the problem. He has offered to put in for a refund because of the misdiagnosis. The problem is not him, but it is the refrigerator.

Robert was on time he was respectful and he did a great job of repairing my refrigerator. He told me if I had any problems with the refrigerator to be sure and call in for further assistance. It was very refreshing to have someone come in and do the repairs and be helpful. Thanks Robert!

Saul solved my problem. He vacuumed the coils which were very dusty. I never do them. He also offered a solution for the broken ice maker. Saul was pleasant and professional. Got the job done in good time.

Sears came out 3x and left 3x without resolving the issue. It seems the problem could have been diagnosed on the 1st even second trip. Here it is a month later and I have no refrigerator. The technician today was great. Friendly and explained everything completely
