Matthew W. was punctual, very professional. He installed two door gaskets efficiently. After looking up the cost of replacing the ice maker door I decided I didn't really need a new one. He also suggested that I shut the fuse down for the frig, leave the freezer door open to let ice thoroughly thaw. He informed me that I would be sent a payment receipt by text and email with contract number. I told him I appreciated all he had done and that he had restored my faith in Sears.
