Jeff was very professional and was able to resolve our leaking/freezing problem with our refrigerator. Additionally he fixed our problem with our ice maker. He did a very good job and was able to complete the fixes within an hour. I would recommend to have him again if we should have any other applianc issues. I give him a 5 for his excellent work.

David was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He diagnosed the problem quickly but had to order a fan. Fan came via FedEx within a few days. David returned a second time and installed the fan in about 10 minutes. All in all, a great service and technician. Couldn't ask for better service.
