Because this problem is intermittent it wasn't doing it when Lawson was here. He checked what he thought it was, we heard it run, but it didn't make the grinding noise, though it did make that noise 4 times today, up until he got here. He explained what it could be so it was easy to understand.

Please send someone to pickup two doors. Terrell did a good job. Terrell does not have a big truck to pick them up. These doors are in boxes that are 6 feet long. I have to get these doors out of my house this month. These doors have been in my house for months. I have the right to get them out of my house. Let me know this week. I will have to take some action. I appreciate your help

I was told my tech. Couldn't make it Tuesday the day I requested,and was asked when I want him to come back,I replied to the you questioner that said we'd. Bet 7 to 4. Works for me. The next morning I get a txt from ur dispatch saying to pick a date! I texted back and the reply said sorry not on the 23rd but today they will come out?? Today is the 23 rd. Iam not sure your rep. Had his first cup of coffee! Certainly left a lot to question if I would Even have anybody show up.
