Henack was able to procure the two needed parts to repair my 25 yr old GE Refrigerator. It took a week because of the holiday weekend but that gave me time to completely clean selves & the inside of the Refr. Henack was very professional and completed the work in a timely manner. So Happy to have a refrigerator working again. Thanks to Sears Home Services & Henack.

Chris did a great job even though the refidgerator is not repaired yet. It is NOT under warranty with Whirlpool. Therefore the wiring harness & compressor still needs repair. I have called American Home Shields to have a tech return. Waiting to hear.

I called for refrig. service, which I pay for monthly, I was told by two cust. service people that we did not have service. When I insisted that we did have service, was transferred to a competent person who verified that we did have coverage. You need to hire more competent customer service people.
