Not Worth Anyone's Time
Service guy was fine. But unless Sears can viably repair a refrigerator, this is a useless waste of everyone's time, especially for customers. It's a scam, really, that a new part costs as much as buying an entire new refrigerator. It seems that Sears is fishing for that one customer willing to pay that exorbitant price.

The repair man was great. Very knowledgeable and very pleasant. I am not a fan of your AI system. Richard would contact me to change our appointment. When I responded, nothing happened. When they called me on the phone she would expect a response, but did not respond to confirm. So I didn't know if she got it or not. Also, sometimes she would cut out. AI is not always the best. Real people are better.
