Thank you for sending a knowledgeable technician, he could not make the repair today, the refrigerator had been off for 3 weeks so his diginosis could not be finalized, we were unaware that it should have been plugged up at least 24 hrs prior so he could do a complete diginosis, currently it appears to be cooling ,we will pay close attention to any issues. Thank you.
