Alberto was excellent! Very knowledgeable, great customer relations and willing to explain what he was doing and why. If ever I have another problem, I would want him to take care of it for me. You kept me in the loop so I knew what to expect. One thing I would like is on your phone service is to have a selection to talk to a human. I would recommend Sears to any of my friends or family.

Our fridge has had problems with its ice maker freezing up. We had already had one other company send out a technician and install a new ice maker. But even the new one failed to work. Patricio came to help us figure out what to do. He was able to get our machine back on the road and add some components around it so it can stop failing. He didn't leave any mess when he left as some technicians sometimes do. He was friendly, explained what the problem was clearly, and arrived on time. We would gladly ask for him again and recommend him to others.
