Enrique went above and beyond, not only fixing everything on my fridge but checking with me hours later. My fridge, once repaired, kept tripping the breaker. Enrique reached out hours after my appointment to make sure the fridge was still running and no more issues with the breaker. I wish everyone provided his level of service. He's the example of "customer service."

He did a great job with his time and experience finding the problem. Over heating of the compressor do to a build up of dust on the coils! We will see if problem is solved over time.

Mark was on time and polite. He really listened to my explanation of the problem with my refrigerator and quickly diagnosed the problem. He solved the problem but told me I may to replace some parts at some time. He gave me pricing & installation costs & told me how to contact Sears to do that. I liked that he didn't pressure to me one way or the other; very professional.
