6 other technicians came out for same problem they order many many parts . Only Paul ford figured out it wasn't the parts . It was that the electrical connections were not making good contact . He is worth his weight in gold . What ever you are paying him it's not enough . He saved me from buy a new. Refrigerator. Knowledgeable, experienced and concerned for customers and is asset to your company
