William notified us he was on the way, which to us is better than just showing up even if within the specified time frame. We knew he was coming and when to expect him. He was extremely personable, got to work rapidly, did his job, got the check for his services and left. It's nice to see pleasant people who not only know their job, but do it diligently in today's world. I would absolutely recommend him.

As far as the technician, Byron, the service was great but the company is horrible. After the initial visit saying I needed a compressor it took 4 weeks to finally have someone come back and determine the refrigerator cannot be repaired. That is totally unacceptable. This problem has been on going since the beginning of April. After many appointments scheduled and no one coming when an appointment was made, 7 weeks, they "fixed the issue" so I thought. About 2 weeks later, June 27, the refrigerator went out again. At that point, a tech came and ordered a new compressor. Finally, today, July 29, after many missed appointments the tech installed a new compressor and found another issue. It has now been determined that the refrigerator cannot be repaired. How frustrating to go 11 weeks without a refrigerator.
