Excellent Technical and Professional Support
Technician thoroughly understood the Task. He was proficient and verified the Refrigerator Make / Model information before starting and Repair Work. Refrigerator was fixed within 20 minutes and Technician cleaned up after himself.

Ruben is very polite and respectful. He goes right to the problem and investigates what the problem is likely to be. He took care of the tub where the ice drops and told me what to do and not to do regarding the ice container. He reset everything and told me to give it 48 hrs to start making ice again. Call if it still isn't working. Ruben takes his time to explain the things I can do to avoid the problem in the future. He's the best!!

After over 2 months, they finally showed up. And when this man shows up he does his job. While waiting over 2 months for them to come.. and this ticket they pushed back 2 weeks alone, with rescheduling, the work was done quickly easily and precisely. Not truly sure whose fault but was for them not coming out. But at the end of today (first call was 5/28- and today is 7/29) the job was done well. Just wish it was done 2 months ago
