Manzoorhussain is excellent repairman. Arrived on time; diagnosed and quickly fixed the problem with my refrigerator. Also gave me maintenance/repair tips on other components of my 16-year old LG refrigerator. Very much appreciated that he didn't try to up sell. While he offered Sears Home Appliance Warranty, he did not pressure me me into buying it.

Stan was awesome but our problem has to do with the quality of the product these days. Based on what I am hearing from everyone, it looks like the total life of the Kenmore refrigerators is only between 10 and 20 years and after that period, the product would not be repairable and should be discarded and replaced. The drainage problem which was repaired by your technician on Dec 2nd had to be redone once again on Dec 17th, and we will see if this time the repair will be successful. We have bought many Kenmore products in the past and have never experienced this sort of problem with the quality of the products. The question that we keep asking ourselves is: has something changed in the manufacturing of the Kenmore products? Hopefully our feedback will be helpful in determining the source and cause of the problem.
