The repairman Naser responded to me when messaging because he was professional and a human capable of responding. Your AI virtual assistant tool is horrific and useless. It messaged me multiple times and never accepted any responses from me. If Sears plans to use the AI as a human replacement I probably won't use your service again. Naser was excellent though.

I feel better about Sesrs today because yesterday my schedule appointment was canceled for no reason and I was truly upset . But Robert my technician showed up today and he was very professional and we think he found the problem with my refrigerator.IHe was very courteous and did something the other technicians had not done before. Due to Robert 's thorough and excellent service my FAITH in SEARS APPLIANCE SERVICES has been restored. I was ready to discard any more Home SERVICES with Sears. The good name of SEARS was TabBoo with me,but it was restored today. Thank you Robert for a JOB WELL DONE !!
