Exceptional Service
He came out to diagnose an issue with my refrigerator and was friendly, professional, and very thorough. Communication was excellent, and he made scheduling—and even rescheduling—easy and stress-free. He quickly identified the problem, ordered the part, and had the fridge fully fixed within 2 days. Fast turnaround, great attitude, and top-notch work. Highly recommend!

He diagnosed and fixed the problem but now I'm pretty sure there is another problem. I hear water running frequently and ice is forming on the freezer's ceiling.

Daniel did a fine job. It is you company and service dept. that leave much to be desired as to how this whole experience was handled. I will no longer be needing your service in the future and as of today, I will cancel my contract with Sears Home Services. Reminded me of the horrible experience I had with AHS. (American home shield) Many delays, no communication on why the first date was cancelled and then re-booked weeks our and myself having to take more time off. Enough....it ends today.
