Joe was great. He did a once over of the refrigerator, cleaned it, checked if it was functioning correctly before he even looked at the ice maker. He came early, so I didn't have to wait long. Very good technician. He was also very friendly. I'm pleased with my service.

Joe did a great (and quick) job of installing the water filter housing previously sent to us after the earlier problem analysis provided by another technician on a previous visit. Both the analysis and installation were done spot on. Dealing with the administration in getting the job done was another matter. A previous installation appointment was cancelled without notice or explanation, and the order was shown as complete. Since Sears provides no one to talk to, and even finding a human to chat with is far from intuitive, I was extremely frustrated and angry. In fact, the AI that answers the phone indicated that "she" was the only oral contact in my earlier efforts, and there was no live recourse. Sears wants to be "cool," maybe, but if they look at their reviews they will see that it's not working, and results in wasted time for the technicians. If I had read the reviews before calling the first time, I would have chosen another service provider. I certainly would NOT entertain a service contract with Sears.

Tom did not let a broken part that could not be replaced, Stop him from finding a solution. Thinking outside of the box, part was found that helped stabilize the icemaker.
