My service technician Tyler Jarman was very professional and had technical expertise. He replaced a broken fan on my refrigerator. I highly recommend Sears Home Services and requesting Tyler as your technician.

I can't say enough about the tech Ben. Superb service. He kept in touch and was able to schedule me knowing my new appointment was a week away on May 6. As far as having my scheduled appointments cancelled twice because the tech couldn't make it, worst service ever. I think customers who experience this should have a priority when it comes to rescheduling.

Isaac is everything we could have ever hoped for as our service repair person. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, very kind and courteous. Thank you all for taking good care if us. We are so appreciative of this entire experience. We were just dumb founded when our refrig made this pop sound and that was it. It was dead. But thanks to you folks for sending an email right after we purchased the refrig. offering this warranty. It was easy to sign up for and it was easy to get your service when we needed.
