Wayne was the Tech assigned to diagnose my refrigerator last Friday…as I had the water filter housing go bad as well as a plastic slider rack actually crack which holds the middle drawer. Wayne ordered both parts that day and they were shipped to my home this week, without incident. This Friday, Wayne arrived back to complete the job and took the time to explain each part he was replacing, how and why, etc. This made understanding the process a whole lot easier and was much appreciated. He cleaned up the old materials and put the refrigerator back in place with no issues. I would definitely recommend Wayne to fix your future refrigerator repairs/or to simply consult with regarding any issues. He is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, re refrigerator repairs. Repair was great! In and out with no issues. My issue is with the automated phone line. You cannot reach a real person and it took me 3 weeks for a 5 minute fix because the system thought the part had not arrived and cancelled my original appointment. But that was no fault of the repairman.
