Fidel was very punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous; even my kittens loved him🤩 Unfortunately, the job requires a plumber. He submitted his report and told me to wait a day before calling my warranty company to request a plumber 🙃 😊

Brian texted and called ahead of time to inform me of his eta. He arrived on time and got right to work trying to identify the issue with my fridge. It didn't take him long to pin down the problem. He did a great job of explaining the situation and what I could do going forward to prevent any reoccurrence. Brian was very friendly and a consummate professional. I'd definitely recommend Sears home services to anyone.
