Fast, on time, and had the part with them. The last company they used for Brenham, TX took a week or 2 before coming out and then had to get the part before coming back 2 weeks later.

I was very satisfied with my service technician, Edward, was very professional , courteous and pleasant. He fixed my repair, on my refrigerator, and he was neat and clean. He even vacuumed behind my fridge! I hope you realize you have a quality person, who is a credit to his profession! Thanks to Edward, I feel my temperature issue is resolved!
