Informative, friendly, competent!
Norman is methodical, able and makes knowledgeable judgements about what is wrong and what should be done. He shows the evidence and explains how it most likely happened. He orders the part, schedules the follow up visit and shows up at that time. The problem is solved!

Todd knows what he is doing and is great to work with. Very professional and courteous. However, Sears appointment and scheduling service STINKS. I would rate that a minus. Samantha (the customer service bot) is USELESS and should be short-circuited. Her developer should be fired.
