We have NO complaints with the tech Barry F. However, the entire experience with sears was terrible. The ai interface had no place to describe the problem. There is no way to communicate a simple problem. I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN AND NEITHER WILL ANY OF FAMILY OR FRIENDS. Again, Barry was excellent....I even tipped him.
