This is my 3rd repair person for the same problem we have had. First let me say that your customer service is TERRIBLE. The first installer that came out had no clue what he was doing. The second one that came out at least ordered (we hope) the correct parts. I was supposed to have an appointment yesterday and sate at my house ALL DAY waiting for someone to come and no one EVER showed up. Finally today Christopher came and fixed our refrigerator. He was very professional and let me know what he was doing. It's really sad when you can never get a real person on the phone to find out what is going on with a service call and why no one has shown up and you have to speak to AI. I don't know that I will EVER use them again. Christopher deserves a raise!

Happy and satisfied with the service that Michael provided. But very upset and disappointed with the service from the company itself. It took me 3 days to get a technician to repair my refrigerator, after having to wait through 3 appointments. VERY DISAPPOINTED, AND ALSO BEING A MEMBER WITH THE PROTECTION PLAN. .
