The service tech was fantastic, but I'm not happy with the company since I informed them it was the compressor before they even came out to charge me $137… Not only did they not come with the new compressor but it'll take another five days to get a new compressor and another five days of me not having a refrigerator. Higher John, don't hire the company

Sears robotic service call system is interesting. Placing the order is easy and the follow-up text keep you updated on the service technician arrival time. The automated robot system worked for me but could be a problem if someone wanted to speak to a person (the robot didn't offer a person option-I guess it wants job security ha ha). Scott showed up on time and diagnosed my problem quickly and ordered the part. I understand they can't have every part on the service truck. Scott returned the next morning and installed the part. Scott was very knowledgeable and professional. I'd give him 10 stars if the review system had 10.
