Title says it all, knowledgeable and competent. William serviced another appliance one year ago. We thank him now as we thanked him then. He is quick to diagnose the problem and provide information about what is needed. He advises the home owner of things we should do for regular care. He also suggests when we should have maintenance by a pro (this requires a separate charge) as it extends the life of the appliance. He is time efficient in is work. Things are back up and running well. He is professional and courteous.

John is an EXCELLENT repair technician. Not only did he replace the defective valve but he wiped the dirty floor under the refrigerator. Then before leaving he explained everything that he did.

Rawle called ahead to say he will be arriving in 30 mins., and he did. He is knowledgeable, and very experienced with repairing kitchenaid refrigerators. I received a detailed description of what was wrong and what he was doing to fix It. I felt confident that at last my refrigerator is fixed. This is hours since the visit and the refrigerator is cooling, the ice box has ice, and the freezer is working. Thank you Rawle for finding the solution.
