Transform A&E dispatched Richard N to our home to assess a malfunctioning exterior ice maker. He methodologically determined two parts that would resolve the problem. When the parts arrived, thankfully he was again dispatched to our home; he promptly installed and tested the fridge and found that it was again working properly. He was a well trained tech, friendly and cordial person, and would be welcomed back at any time.
