Kaleb was very professional, knowledgeable, and expeditious with the repair. He is the best service technician we've ever had. The AI scheduling system is terrible and leaves a lot to be desired.

Robert came to our house and replaced the faulty switch with 20 minutes. He was attentive to his task and when finished, he asked me to verify that the new switch was performing as expected. It was working fine and he went on his way. I'm pleased with his efficiency.
