Very satisfied customer
Very nice person, helpful and very patient, his knowledge on the diagnostic to my fridge made sense, and he told us all to he possibilities the were making our fridge malfunctioning. He was very kind to help me remove some items from the fridge to be able to see the problem. Very knowledgeable person. I am a very satisfied customer.

After several months of unsuccessfully trying to get my refrigerator repaired and countless no call no shows from other repairmen, Kevin was sent to complete repairs. I can't begin to thank Kevin enough for repairing my refrigerator. He arrived as scheduled, was prompt, professional and very courteous. He took the time to explain exactly what the problem was, ordered the needed parts and most importantly returned as scheduled to complete the job.! Excellent work! Thank you do much!!!!

After waiting 5 months to get service to fix our refrigerator, Jason was our technician. He was very thorough, asking questions so he could determine what needed to be done. He worked to ensure the refrigerator was fixed and fully functioning before he left. He was very professional and we were grateful for his service.

5 Stars - He was very polite, listened to what I said about the fridge & tried to fix it. It wasn't the starter, but the compressor. He agreed with me that it wasn't worth repairing. He was very thorough with what he did & explained to me.
