Mr. Harrell was professional and knowledgeable.
Well after being canceled and rescheduled was very unproductive. Im a mother and wife. I have 5 adult children 1 toddler. The hardship service was unproductive in this matter. Buying food risk it going bad, living out of a cooler to wait on sears to repair. Sears has failed my expectations.
