Do not know yet if the service call was a success. Have to wait for refrigerator to reach temperature. Jorge said it was working, ice just needs to freeze. He was very knowledgable, in matters at hand. We couldn't get the Red water filter light to go off. Think that has to wait until refrigerator reaches the set temps also.

There was a huge amount of chaos that just happened during the technician's visit. He was incredible! He kept his eye on the matter at hand and fixed our fridge amid an incredibly chaotic scene that any other service person would have left and never come back! Super attention to detail and professionalism!

Sears needs more technicians like Aaron! Take the time to hire them and train them right and treat them right...please don't overbook! After waiting almost two weeks with no refrigerator or freezer and waiting at home all day, Sears automatically rescheduled my appointment without calling or telling me, and it has been almost 3 weeks now until it was fixed. Hire more people like Aaron and train and treat them right please!
