Refrigerator light repair
Scott saw the problem and repaired the 2 lights that were not working. He explained the problems very well. He did a great job!

Miguel did wonderful! He listened and helped. If Sears would allow the previous person to return to the customer that would be good. We had so many people that nobody knew what was going on with the repair. Thanks to Miguel, it finally got taken care of!

This is the second time Ken has come to my house for a refrigerator repair. Each time he has done an absolutely thorough, competent, and careful job. He ties up all the loose ends. Furthermore, he is personable, kind, and knowledgeable. I would like to request him for all my future refrigerator repairs. I give him a 10 out of 5!!! just terrific

David W is the only competent tech that came to repair our refrigerator. First tech did not diagnose properly even though he was told they had to add Freon prior visit. Also, first tech left minor damage on fridge. Tech two Raphael was polite but refused to work on fridge because I filed a claim. Finally David came out and properly diagnosed and ordered mor parts to complete the repair. Finally after 4 weeks and four visits our fridge is up and running again. I do not like sears AI process one bit. I don't like the fact if you have an issue you cannot talk to a live person and request a tech or particular time because of issues. Sears must think it is not an inconvenience to take off work or that everyone has remote jobs. You need to do better with this process.

Cornelius has excellent communication skills and explained very comfortable, understandable in repairing our refrigerator. His knowledgeable professional skills are very highly qualified. Do not ever lose him. We would very much want him to do all our appliances fixtures!!!
