Great service
Jim was honest and personable. He told us that our refrigerator was losing coolant and wouldn't last too long. It was refreshing to not have someone try to sell us unneeded repairs. All service persons should be as nice as Jim.

He diagnosed that the problem was the Compressor. He said the freezer wasn't cold enough for the icemaker to work. So time will tell whether it works or not. He said it was an LG problem and that we still had our warranty for parts.

Joe was great to have do the work. I stayed engaged to help with kitchen stuff, like unloading, or moving the big 'fridge. He needed to ensure the drain line was clear, and we were engaged enough, that I went into my shop to get wire to force down the line. Joe has a GREAT personality for customer contact, and skill and experience with fixing the machines. Great to have him any time . Give him 10 Stars.

Called 4:30 pm Wed for refrigerator repair. They showed up at 10 the next morning as promised. Fix was done in half an hour. Very reasonable price, and great service person. 5 star, all around!
