It is obvious that Mike really has a passion for what he does. He takes the time to listen and, coupled with all of his experience, got my side by side fridge fixed. He also took the time to show me what the difference is in the new part and why he's doing what he's doing. Many technicians assume because I'm just a homeowner that I couldn't possibly understand. I can't say enough about him. If there's anyway everyone who could request him for fridge jobs they should.

The work done was excellent but it took over a month to facilitate the repair. The first follow-up appointment was canceled at the last moment by Sears and it was scheduled not the next day, as it should have been, but two weeks later. It is also difficult to contact a person to discuss the issues about the schedule there is no option to speak with a representative when we call.

Robenson is great when Sears scheduling has him show up! Unfortunately, after Sears rescheduled 13 times, I had to change vendors. I will never use Sears again. Ever.
