Refrigerator repair
Getting an appointment is not easy. Always a wait. Eduardo was excellent. This was third problem with water line on refrigerator. Leaks in three different places. Eduardo found problem, ordered part late in day. Set up appointment for next day. Called next morning with part and came and fixed problem. Would like to be able to talk to a person and request same technician every time. Although every technician has been very good. It's just nice to know your repair person.

Jim was excellent. He first notified me that he would arrive at 2:40, then sent me another text that he would be at my home by 1:15. You don't usually get technicians arriving early. This was great. He was very neat and tidy with all his equipment.

Adam was the best. Absolutely no problem with him. However, his trainer Bruce was Absolutely HORRENDOUS!!!!!! Ignored every question and had a terrible attitude. He needs to be fired!
