However, Sear Hub Warranty is the worst I have ever come across. I have boasted Sears Home Warranty as being one of the Greatest to the Worse I have encountered. I will not renew my Warranty again. Not when appointments keep cancelling, and people in warranty (wherever they have no clue of the frustration we go through. My advice GET MORE HELP SOME WAY SO 4 TECHNITIANS AND ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOBS AND BE HAPPY IN IT. CUSTOMER IS THE ONE WHO SUFFERS

Turns out, our refrigerator was in self defrost mode. How was I to know that the self defrost mode sounded like a vibrating-robot, that ate bad seafood, and got horrible indigestion.? Anyway, Benjamin was prompt, polite, and very professional… thumbs up!

Santos is friendly, explained everything to us as he discovered the issues. Very thorough and hard working. Two other companies have tried to repair this refrigerator. Santos is the third person to work on it, it seems third time really is the charm.
