Timothy was great! unfortunately, Kenmore is an awful company that makes it impossible to reach a human being and that is doing everything it can to prevent it from honoring its warranty.

Once again, George is the most professional, and caring service technician. He educates his customers to understand what he is doing and why, as he makes adjustments. Not having a working refrigerator or freezer in Florida-is extremely important. George has repaired our fridge so we can live like normal people again! Thanks George! Jim and I appreciate your A1 talents and dedication.

This is our 3 rd visit for Vincent to fix our ice cube maker. The time before this, someone (Jackson?) came to fix same, and did. For 2 weeks all went well until last Thursday 8/14 when I went to get ice from the freezer and when I opened the door, it was like an oven in there! I reported it so whomever showed up to fix things, they would know what to expect. Long story, short, Vincent said they would give me a new refrigerator. When and if that happens, I will be extremely glad!
