Repair wouldn't have happened today if it wasn't for Robert. He really went above and beyond helping me through a scheduling error. Without his assistance, I would still be without a working fridge. He was on time, courteous, and very professional as he worked in the afternoon heat. If ever I need additional repair, I would ask for Robert. I would give him more stars if possible. James was awesome, friendly service. The automated time of arrival estimate NEEDS MAJOR WORK no where near was it even close !!! As it changed 2 or 3 times and was still off !!! Someone needs to work on this.!!!
