My tech was great. I would recommend him to anyone . The problem was getting him there with your impossible human free system. It is frustrating and really screwed up. Inexplicably made and then rescheduled my appointment every day for a week. No human interaction was possible in order to correct. Its a joke

Zachary was terrific…two visits. Once to figure out the problem, and order parts. Second to fix the ice maker. Problem is with system…from the time of arranging service to completion: TWO MONTHS. Sears AI generated scheduling canceled scheduled appointments five times!!! Once after waiting all day for a cancellation after 5 PM. That must improve.
