Manny is a great Tech. He was knowledgeable and he cared about resolving my problems with my repair. He was the only good thing about my experience with Sears. There is no customer service, no way to talk to a live person.

Roger has always done very well. He is very knowledgeable and capable. Sears however, continues to supply him with cheap parts that have once again (4th time now) fallen apart. I feel sorry for Roger as he continues to work hard trying to repair our ice maker but is limited by a company that refuses to purchase parts from reputable dealers. Perhaps they cost more up front, but how much is it costing you for Roger having to return over and over again. Satisfied with Roger, but not with this company. As well the AI used is not ready for all the nuance required in caring for your customers.

Christopher showed up a scheduled - did a quick inspection of my "problem" only to determine there was a item or two that had fallen out of the back of the freezer causing the door to be off-balance - creating an air link. He could have simply gone with my assumption of a faulty seal and just cleaned out behind the door and installed a new (not needed) gasket.
